4 slices of bread
4 slices of eggplant
Natural crushed tomato
Olive oil
4 toothpicks
4 Chorizo BBQ Jamondor
  • Toast the bread until its crunchy
  • Cook the Jamondor Chorizo’s and the Eggplant in a pan or in the BBQ
  • Prepare the tomato with a full spoon of olive oil and a bit of salt
  • Spread the tomato on the bread, place the eggplant slice and the Jamondor chorizo on the bread with the help of the toothpick to hold everything together
