Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
4 slices of eggplant
Natural crushed tomato
Olive oil
Salt
4 toothpicks
4 Chorizo BBQ Jamondor
Preparation:
- Toast the bread until its crunchy
- Cook the Jamondor Chorizo’s and the Eggplant in a pan or in the BBQ
- Prepare the tomato with a full spoon of olive oil and a bit of salt
- Spread the tomato on the bread, place the eggplant slice and the Jamondor chorizo on the bread with the help of the toothpick to hold everything together
