International data transfers are made to GOOGLE, LLC. when using the e-mail application, GMAIL. This company operates worldwide and has its main data centre in the USA. This international transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards as a standard contractual clause based on European Commission Decision 2021/914/EU of 4 June 2021 has been signed with GOOGLE, LLC. for transfers to processors located outside the EEA. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
