JAMONDOR Impresses at FOODEX JAPAN 2024

Tokyo, 2024 – JAMONDOR proudly participated in FOODEX JAPAN 2024, one of Asia’s largest and most esteemed food and beverage trade shows, held at Tokyo Big Sight Inc. This event provided an exceptional platform for JAMONDOR to showcase its exquisite Serrano and Iberico ham, bringing the authentic flavors of Spain to an international audience.

The response at our booth was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the growing global appreciation for our premium products. Visitors had the unique opportunity to taste our hams and learn about our 50-year tradition of quality and craftsmanship.

We were honored by the visit of Naoto Watanabe, the celebrated author of “Secret of Iberico Pig and Spanish Ham,” published in 2011. His continued advocacy for Spanish ham in Japan underscores the cultural bridge our products help to build. Additionally, we were privileged to meet Victoria Sevilla Vázquez from Arrels Restaurant, the youngest chef to earn a Michelin star. Her visit was a testament to the culinary excellence represented at FOODEX.

Our participation was made possible through the support and coordination of the Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad e Innovación (IVACE) and ICEX, who organized the Spain pavilion and facilitated the presence of companies from the Valencian Region. Their efforts were instrumental in our successful exhibition.
